I'm not able to talk to Roy Benitez as a vendor, he has the Orange symbol next to him also and seems to react to be getting close to him but it does't allow me to talk to him. The vendor Symbol doesn't light up when i press F.
I have also found another bug that would prevent the completion of one of the projects. In the Civic Cetre, one of the SHD caches can't be accessed because of a bug (the one in the sewers), i've worked around it by joining a friend after he opens the door to it but i still can't open it. i'm pretty sure i found a couple of other similar bugs during my play but nothing as major as these two bugs.
