Ongoing directive knee pads dropped from count down with status effects as a rolled attribute no longer generate hollow points when used as part of the 4 piece set. I have a pair from before the patch that work fine but post patch a new pair of kneepads dropped from count down doesn't work.

Can you take a screenshot of the full item stats for the kneepad that doesn't work with the set bonus now?
if possible, a short video showing a functional set vs using the knee pads that do not work will be extremely useful for my report on this issue.
Hello @razor12345678 thank you for getting back to us with that screenshot.
According to the in-game description, the Hollow Point bullets should be awarded when a set of 4 pieces of gear are equipped - this obviously did not work for you until you equipped a 5th piece of matching gear, so I will report this to our Division team to look into.
If you do have time to capture a video clip of just the 4 pieces equipped, showing no Hollow Point ammo being rewarded after killing a marked enemy, do let us know and post it in the thread.
I will do my best to update you when I get a reply from the QA team regarding this gear set bonus, thanks for reporting it!
