im new to division and i thought buying the year one pass would buy me the points to upgrade the sub classes you can get but it only unlocks them and it was already unlocked and now i dont know how to request a refund ?it cost me 17 pounds and it didnt even add anything since i already had it ?how do i get a refund or request for one ?
