[2020] Agent Access denied - Warlords of New York DLC

I can't enter my first created character as I played the Warlords of New York content while it was free as I didn't go back to Washington DC. Is there a way to get into that character without the DLC or do I need to buy it before I can access it again?

Hey smyLieTV! Thanks for posting about this here. As Imagine_Brata said, you'll need to own WONY in order to access this agent again, since players cannot fast travel out of New York until they've completed the WONY campaign. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience caused by this!
