Why are the physics of objects behaving correctly depending on the FPS your game is running at?
I know this was an issue with other games back in the dark ages (Skyrim for instance) but that is a 10 year old game and maybe... just maybe learning from mistakes COULD become a thing?

As you can see the rope sags too much with unlimited FPS and makes it impossible to land on the branch.
Now the obvious thing would be to fix this issue, but since that is something Ubisoft seems to be unwilling or unable to do (6 months since launch), why not have a warning in the settings? I just don't get it...

Hello there @jessica_1403!

I'm sorry to hear you're encountering low FPS when playing "Assassin's Creed: Valhalla." Thanks for taking the time to share your report with us, and for letting us know more about your set-up.

If you haven't already, I would recommend trying these PC troubleshooting steps as they help to combat a number of performance issues. In particular, I'd ensure that your drivers are fully up-to-date, and that you have no background applications running in the background.

If you're continuing to encounter low FPS after trying these steps, I would recommend opening a support ticket so our team can take a closer look at your system. You can open up a support ticket in the following ways:

When opening a support ticket, please upload a copy of your DxDiag and MSinfo, as the team will need these to investigate the issue further. Additionally, please include any troubleshooting steps you've tried already, including the ones from the linked support article.

Thanks! 😊
