[2022] Season 9 Manhunt Mission - Major Castillo - Bugged in the end

I'm sorry that your Manhunt for Castillo became bugged at the end. I'm trying to remember from my own playthrough this past weekend, but I believe that a door did end up opening up towards the back of the room, and I was able to exit from there. Could you explain a bit more about the key that you were missing that was preventing you from proceeding?

To answer your question about how to reset, you can open the map and then go to Manhunt at the top, and click on Castillo. There should be an option to reset the manhunt campaign at the bottom of the screen. On the PC, you would just need to hit the "G" key.

If you have been unable to get the encryption key while completing the mission in a group, can you please try to redo the mission solo if it's possible ?
