I have had an open case since Jan.30th to recover my main character and was hoping I could get an update from someone in support, I have asked several times in the case ticket but have yet to get any response,thanks

It will need to be handled through a support case as it will get passed to our game team to try to recover the character. To help them locate it, just make sure you have provided as much information as possible about the character from the list of things below:

ESTIMATED PLAYTIME:
CHARACTER LEVEL:

Heya @braxis2010 , thanks so much for the kind words 🙂 Fortunately, us over here in Player Support (both here on the forums and over on the help and support website) are not actively involved in running the game itself, so all of our resources are put towards helping players with tech and account issues.
