Hi everyone. Suffering from little to no GPU usage no matter what i do on Division 2. Two of my other friends are suffering the same thing too and one is even using the same series gpu as me (1080ti).
I've reinstalled drivers. My friend is on drivers from a year ago; while i'm updated on the newest (471.41). It's not that. Same issue. CPU is at 60-50% usage with gpu at 3% usage! Every game goes to 97-99% besides division 2, even Division 1 kicks to 99%. I didn't have the issue until recently also. We've did all the nvidia control panel settings. Not that, We've tried pretty much everything. It's either due to an game update or Windows update.
I see noone talking about this issue so was wondering if someone could investigate.

Did you have this issue after you updated your Windows? Can you first try rolling back to a previous version of Windows and seeing if the issue still occurs? Let me know if you see any improvement, or not.
