Hello. The Division 2 started freezing after the update. Sometimes in half an hour,sometimes after a few hours. The only thing that will help is to open the task manager and exit the game. Never before with this problem has been... until now. Thank you for your answer and for the early resolution of the problem

We still have an investigation ongoing as of the time of writing.
Please understand that we are not directly involved in these investigations and therefor can only share with players what is actually available to us at the time, for now this is lacking and we appreciate this is frustrating.
For now though, you are on the same page as us and this issue has not been ignored, it is still open and the team are aware of the rate of reports coming through.

In the meantime, we also welcome you to perform some basic PC troubleshooting steps if you haven't done already, just to see if they can help improve your experience and perhaps at least reduce the rate of crashes.
For console crashes, this would be a matter we'd need to look into separately, as our main investigation is into PC reports only.
Please create a new thread to discuss any console based crashes.
