[2020] [Bug/Glitch]Reviver Hives, Black Tactical Shirt and the Momento

I just wanted to file a bug report for a few things here and hopefully my group isn't the only one seeing these issues. Myself and several people have had an issue with the Black Tactical Shirt that you receive from the Last Resort apparel cache. The shirt is fine until you see up either sleeve (which you will do all the time) where the arms of your character haven't been rendered so it's just an invisible area, yet that isn't an issue with the SWAT shirt. I just wanted this to hopefully be fixed soon since an outfit I really wanted to use required that shirt to complete it. Another issue is with the Momento exotic backpack. After a little while of use, the long term buff that you receive (the status timer for it at least from what I've gathered) disappears and won't reappear after gathering kill confirm tags dropped by enemies. The only way to fix this is to switch backpacks, effectively removing the buff and all stacks completely. I'm assuming that even at a full 30 stacks, it's supposed to continually reset the timer when you pick up kill confirm tags, but once you reach 30 stacks, the long-term buff timer continues to count down then disappear. This seems to just be a graphical bug since I've checked my stats for damage and armor, and it shows that I'm still being buffed but the timer is no longer visible so I have no idea when the buff will end. A final game-breaking issue is with the reviver hive becoming broken. I can be doing the summit with friends and have to toss it out to revive someone, then it will become grayed out and the revive radius will disappear after bringing someone back up. I can't destroy the hive, pick it up, run away from it, or even down/kill myself to fix it. This has also happened once with the shield when I tried to pull it out right as I was hit with an EMP special round from white tusk, and my shield was no longer usable for about 15 minutes before it fixed itself. The skills becoming glitched like this are completely game-breaking when you need them for an emergency, but they aren't available because they're stuck in limbo. Has anyone else been seeing these problems as well?
