[2023] Performance issues when opening Specialization Expertise on Recalibration station

Very sorry to hear about this issue! Just to cover our bases, can you make sure you've tried the following general troubleshooting and see if there's any impact on the issue?

If the issue persists, would you be able to provide a YouTube video showing the frame drops when selecting "Expertise" and "Specialization" but not other areas?

I'd also like to get a set of screenshots of your in-game Display and Graphics settings, so we can check if there's any changes we can suggest that may help with the issue. Failing that knowing your exact settings and hardware should let us test this on our end.
