I know some might think this is not a problem but it drives me crazy.....
Every time i log into the game i get a "!" under apparel and the culprit is Legacy Cache:
I have nothing to spend them on, is there anyway to get rid of it?

Hey @Oatiecrumble I believe the "!" will stay long as you still have Legacy Apparel Cache available and have not used it on anything, the notification will stay.

I've passed this matter onto the game team as feedback so they can see if this notification could be removed in future.
