Recently the developers for Division 2 put out a ne season for the game, and so far, it has been well received. I have seen new player come to the game and I have seen old players come back to the game.Β The new expertise system is good but it would help if they made changes to the other material such as ceramic, steel and others be brought up to 2000.
Yesterday I logged onto the game and I noticed my expertise level went back from 8 to 6. So, I quit the game and it still was at a level 6. After reading a post on FB it was changed because of an error in the coding that calculated the XP for the expertise system. So, to fix the issue the developers took two levels of expertise from agents and going forward the calculations will be correct.
To me this is not my fault and I should have not been penalized for an error in the coding a developer made. I do agree to make the changes going forward but to take any level of expertise from agents who played countless hours of count down and donating gear to get to a level of expertise was not a wise decision to make.
With the changes you all have made there have been many unsettling posts that I have seen about the game. Which caused me to write this letter asking for you all to restore the level of expertise to the agents. I understand that there have been some agents who took advantage of some glitches in the game on purpose but I don’t believe that the mask majority of agents knew about this glitch and we should not be penalized for this at all. If you cannot restore everyone at least restore mine.

As you know, due to a mistake in the amount of Proficiency points gained from kill XP, we have recalculated every player's progress to align.
