I play on very stable wifi and a new gen Xbox. What I noticed I have been having moments of lag-spike during the game where I rubber-band sometimes, whereas my ms (ping) is low and normal, I’ve also been disconnected a few times from ranked games due to server issues. Others I’ve played with also have the same issues also, is there any reasoning to why this is happening?
It does happen about twice a week, but it is becoming slightly more frequent.

Let's take a look and see if we can help get you back online. When you were troubleshooting this issue on your own did you try setting a different DNS on your PlayStation to see if that helps at all? To change the DNS settings follow the steps below:
1. Open the Settings on your PS4
2. Go to Network
3. Choose Set Up Internet Connection
4. Select either WiFi or LAN depending on what type of internet connection your PS4 is using.
5. Select IP Address Settings (automatic)
6. Choose DHCP Host Name (Do Not Use)
7. Select DNS Settings (Manual)
8. Enter 8.8.8.8 as the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 as the Secondary DNS. This is the public Google DNS, but if there's a different DNS you would rather use instead that's OK as well.
9. Select MTU Settings (Automatic)
10. Choose Proxy Server (Do Not Use)
