Clinked on 'link to Ubisoft account" and now when I load it says it is a 'Trial" game, do I want to purchase the full game (already bought the full game, DLC's and season pass) and there is no record of my existing characters, just asking me to start over!

It sounds like you may be signed in to Ubisoft Connect with the wrong account. Please can you check and make sure it says you username "yunbeai" in the top corner?
Thanks for confirming that for me! At this point, I recommend opening a ticket with us on our Support Site. That way, we can verify your account ownership and we can look into possibly moving the game to the correct account.
