My striker build has not proc'd twice in me now, once in the firing range and another time on Buddy/Lucy in Dark Hours.
I have 4pc on, but I do not get the striker emblem under my ammo bar to stay how much procs I have.
Unfortunately I didn't think to get a video but the next time it happens I'll post it up. I'll see if I can get this to constantly happen and provide steps to reproduce
