On the screen that says press a button while starting the game my game always crashing or freezing my cpu and windows all current some one help me please?

Hey @Sirius_Tenzo, thanks for reaching out, welcome to forums and sorry to hear about this, as I fully appreciate how frustrating this can be to deal with.

First and foremost, for troubleshooting purposes, if you haven't already, give the following steps a go and see if it helps. Additionally, one player shared that reinstalling the game on another drive and deleting The Division 2 folder (I would advise to back it up in case if you do try) in Documents has helped to resolve this, so may be worth trying.

Should issue persist, could you advise us the following:

  1. When game crashes, do you happen to receive any error message at all?
  2. Did you notice whether any particular actions in-game has possibly resulted in this?
  3. Do you have the game installed in local or external drive?

I can see that this issue has been already reported to the development team and it's currently being investigated. Once we have an update, we will let everyone know through the patch notes.
