I don't want to beat a dead horse because I've seen 2 other new threads for the same thing but no official response.
Pentagon breach is bugged.
Playing on PC with party.
Whole party got locked out.
Seems the same bug is still here for more than 2 years (from some reddit threads I found) or it resurfaced recently.

This is something we're still looking into at this point, but there is a workaround that we can suggest that has been working for a few of our other players!
The workaround steps:
Unfortunately for this workaround, each affected player will need to perform this individually, with a player that was not affected as the person who answers the callf or backup.
