Hi, I was wondering if anyone can please help me out? One of my family member's accidentally deleted my Agent on The Division 2. I lost all my progress and everything after putting 100s of hours into the game. That was my only Agent 😞

I have opened up a Support Case with Ubisoft Support, but no one is responding to it. It's been a week now and I am worried I may never be able to recover my progress and Agent.

Can someone please help me recover my progress and Agent in full? I'd really appreciate it!

I took a look at your support ticket and had an automatic email sent your way so you can verify your account for us there. Once you have done that, fill out this little information block and send it to us in a comment on your ticket. Make sure you do not post this in the forums.

As mentioned by my colleague above, such issue must be processed through our Ubisoft Support website directly. None of this information should be posted in the forums.

I would suggest to wait for a little bit until the Support gets back to you with the results of their investigation.
