I don't even know where to begin here because I don't even know what's wrong.

I've approached this from many angles and I've tried many different suggestions, I've watched a few different YouTube videos and, went to a few different forum posts here and on Reddit and via the discord and nothing works.

Nothing stops this game from suddenly freezing, and crashing.

And as if that wasn't enough, when I boot the game back up it takes forever to load back up because of the easy anti-cheat system work around you have to do with making it only use one core, then with a very long black screen before all the mandatory corporate logos pop up, with the Snowdrop logo animation hanging in place for a few seconds before it goes on, and that's brand new. Then it takes forever to connect to the servers when it never had that issue before.

A lot of this outside of the crashing is new with the last 2 patches

That wasn't happening until this recent patch with the Heartbreaker adjustment.

We're talking upwards of 8 to 12 crashes a day. It's extremely exasperating because I've tried every solution under the sun, and nothing works, and the game does nothing to tell you, or send you in any direction to help you figure out what's causing it to have all these problems.

To be clear, if there is a solution that people have been using recently, I have used it and it has not worked for me. This game keeps getting worse, and worse, and worse stability wise.

This is very dismaying because I don't have other games I enjoy as much as this game when it's working.

@traumahawk Hello! I'm so sorry that you've been having these issues with the game crashing 8-12 times a day. I can understand how frustrating this would be after the extensive troubleshooting steps you've already tried. I won't ask you to go through any more troubleshooting, as you have made it clear you've been through it all. I just wish something had worked, and I apologize that the issue persists for you.

I can let you know that we are aware of crashing issues in the game and have reported this to the team. Sadly, we are still waiting to hear back about an update, and the investigation into this issue is ongoing. Once we do have any updates, they will be posted in the News & Announcements forum.

Again, I apologize for the frustration this has caused and hopefully, we'll have an update to share with you soon. Thanks for your patience in the meantime.
