Hey there @Snat-Hater , thanks for reaching out with your posts. I understand you've been facing a lot of crashes, and I'd really like to help with this. It sounds like you're having a frustrating time, and I'm sure our teams (both internally, and here at Ubisoft Support) will be able to help.

I'm going to go ahead and quote what I'd said in another thread earlier today, as my post there is what I'd like to say here as well.

Thanks very much for sharing your thoughts and experiences with The Division 2. Crashes certainly aren't what we want or expect, so our team are continuing to look into reports of persistent crashing internally.

It is difficult to give specific guidance here in the thread, so I'd like to just first ask that you've made sure to do the steps from our troubleshooting guide. Although it can seem from this forum like crashes are the norm, I'm still very confident that the vast majority of crashing issues are solved by local troubleshooting, just like for any PC game. In particular from the guide, please make sure you are running the game with administrator rights, you've verified the game files, you've got your graphics drivers and Windows install fully updated, and you've (at least temporarily, for testing) deactivated all background programs.

The next steps I'd recommend if that hasn't worked is to gather some system files, per our system files support article, and then reach out to our support specialists at the links below. Those two files allow us to gather some further details about your system, and see what errors Windows itself has logged. In most cases, that information can be used to give more specific troubleshooting, but even when it cannot, it at least helps with our internal investigations.

Open a support ticket with Ubisoft Help
Send a Twitter DM to Ubisoft Support
Send a Facebook PM to Ubisoft Support

As some of you have noted, getting to the bottom of crashes on PC can be complicated, since there are so many variables - we'd never be able to test them all. That isn't to say we aren't trying to do this anyway, and I'm confident that our teams are making good progress with their investigations.

Please let me know if I can clarify any of this post, or the steps I've recommended, either here or in the other thread.

Hello @Rambo_Bambo and @Kamikaze-TMX

Please refer to Thrupney's post and follow all suggested troubleshooting.

If you continue running into crashses after that, we will need you to open a one-on-one support ticket as their post suggests. This will allow us to collect detailed system info and investigate what is causing these crashes.
