Sorry to hear you have issues with accessing the Central Aquarium.

Did you notice any difference between those 2 characters and the other ones? Anything unusual before trying to access them?

Are those characters at different points in the story, for example? What level are these characters?

Did you create these two characters during a certain period of time? For instance, did you create the fourth character after a certain update?

Any noticeable differences between the two characters that can access the classified assignment, and the fourth character who cannot, would be helpful to the investigation.

If possible, would you be able to send us an image/video that shows you're able to access it on one character, but not another? This would be great to take a closer look at as well.
