Regretabbly, we do not currently have cross progression or cross play available for PlayStation players.

The only cross-play/cross progression in the game currently, is between PC and Stadia. Players are able to play together and share their progress between the two platforms. You can read more about this in our article here > https://www.ubisoft.com/help?article=000064794

There are no plans to enable cross-platform or cross-progression on the other platforms, at this time.
