I had my skills (sticky bomb/shield) reduced from expertise 9 to 0. This is after the conflict glitch and compensation caches. my ticket is #16799314. I have also sent screenshots with dates attached. Do i get caches to make up for them? Im shade level 1300 so i had to create 4+ characters for materials, so itd be a lot of hours wasted.

We are aware that some players' skills proficiency/expertise levels may be reset when a player has more than one character and has just unlocked the same skill on another character. This is under investigation by the Division team now.
As far as I am aware we are not offering any compensation for this at the moment, but this would ultimately be the decision of our Division devs. Thank you for opening a support case with us in the meantime, whilst we check your account and progress.

I understand losing your progress is frustrating. We don't have any information about potential compensation for this issue, however it's been forwarded to our dev team. Once we have an update, we are going to let everyone know through these forums and the patch notes. Thanks!
