I have a problem with my game its not loading and its stuck at connecting to division services and its at 0% wont go past that. Fixed i applied: Restarted my pc, Verified the files still no luck. And when it goes past 0% it gets stuck.

Currently, there are no reported issues with the online services. Can you run through the troubleshooting steps listed here and let me know if you continue running into issues afterwards? Please note that you will need to test a wired connection, or have direct access to your router in order to fully complete these steps.
