The hive, specifically the restorer, occasionally has an issue where it will use far more charges than necessary when it should for example only use one or two. I think there used to be an issue similar to this where the hive would deploy all of its charges rapidly into a skill. Anywhere around 5-15 charges either go into one person or a skill when only a couple are required to reach full health. This tends to occur more in smaller enclosed areas.
Here is a video, the build I’m using has lots of repair skill so I know for a fact that it shouldn’t be using this many charges, besides the hive doesn’t usually deploy charges at this rate.
