As of late I am having random game crashes that remove the game from full screen to a black screeded window. It locks up the input devices and my only option to do anything is from task manager. Also, if the tasks are not closed out and restarted the game will not respond to a launch request from the game launcher. This has been going on for the past few days and i am unable to correct the issues on my own..

Thanks for reaching out, I'm sorry to hear the game is crashing for you.

We are aware of some crashing / performance issues which are currently being investigated.

In the meantime though, we'll still see if we can get you up and running.

May we please know the specs of the PC you're using (GPU, CPU, RAM, OS, Laptop / Desktop)?

And if you haven't done so already, could you please ensure you've given all the steps in our troubleshooting guide here a try?
