I have not received a compensation cache. Not in stash or mailbox and yes my cache inventory is empty. Please explain?

I'm sorry to hear that you never received your compensation cache.

Please note that the compensation was based on number of item upgrades lost, not the Expertise levels directly.

Basically, all upgrades beyond the newly calculated Expertise level were lost. And that is what was compensated.

The team has checked the issue and we can assure you that our system has calculated all amounts correctly.

Heya @goTTxpress , thanks for sending across your further thoughts on this. I've been sure to note your feedback about not having received a cache internally, so we can keep this in mind going forwards. I wanted to reiterate again that the team are sure the caches have been sent out to everybody eligible, and I'm sorry that you were not eligible on this occasion.

I hope you've otherwise been having a good time with The Division 2. Please let me know if you've any other thoughts or questions.
