i have Rainbow Six Siege, but for some reason, i cant claim Thermite outfit in the Division 2.
I had RSS on other account, and it was moved to this one, but anyway i wasnt able to claim any of the rewards for owning the game.

Just to clarify things a bit, did both of you have a copy of Rainbow Six Siege transferred between two accounts?
Also, can both of you log in on this website and select The Division 2, then navigate to the "Rewards" section for me? You should be able to find the Thermite outfit there. Take a screenshot of what you see before clicking on it, and what happens when you click on it and try to redeem it.
Once you have that screenshot available, please open a one-on-one support ticket with us so we can get this taken care of for you.
