There is major bug that cause not able to do Tidal Basin stronghold after the weekly reset when today i completed all invaded missions and the stronghold mission to unlock Tidal Basin stronghold and i quit the game after i unlocked Tidal Basin stronghold to do something else and when i started to play again later today to do Tidal Basin stronghold i noticed it was shown as gray and i didn't able to set difficulty level and enter the Tidal Basin stronghold.
Only way i somehow able to set difficulty and enter Tidal Basin stronghold was to fast travel to ther safe house but after setting the difficulty i was unable to change the difficulty and only way to change the difficulty was logout and login back and try to do same thing again but take the difficulty that i wanted to do.
