Once game is launched and you are at the pre-entry screen neither Controller or mouse are responsive so unable to open settings. Also the current agent waiting to enter the game, its movement is very slow an laggy, almost like slow motion. So my issue is more about the Mouse and controller not working as I cant enter settings to try and fix the lag.
HELP

@punning_clan Hello!

Sorry to hear about the issues you've been having with your controller and mouse with The Division 2.

To try and help narrow down the cause for this, and for the increase in lag, please could you try the troubleshooting steps provided here?

If either issue persists after following these steps, please could you let us know when you first started seeing this happen?

@punning_clan Hey Steve. Thank you for your reply and providing this information along with your system specs.

You mentioned that you are using a laptop, does the touchpad work in-game?

Also what kind of controller are you using? Is it USB or Bluetooth?

If you are using a USB controller, try disconnecting it before launching the game, then once in the main menu connect it and see if it responds please.

Thank you for your reply. Would you be able to check the graphical settings in-game to see if you can run the game in DX11 instead of DX12 and see if that helps with this issue please.
