As the title says, new exotics aren't available for reconfiguration at the Crafting Station.
Haven't played much yet but I got two of the new exotics but they aren't showing up for reconfiguration.
Or am I missing something here?

Hey guys, thanks for dropping by and sorry to hear about the missing reconfiguration blueprints for your exotics.
I've had a closer look and can see that this has been reported to our team just yesterday, as we have received a number of player contacts regarding the exact same matter, and issue is already under investigation.
We do apologise about the inconvenience this may cause for the time being and will try to keep you all in the loop as soon as we have any updates, so keep an eye on the forums.

We don't yet have any new updates to share regarding the new Exotic Blueprints being unavailable for reconfiguration. I can assure you that our dedicated teams are looking into this further, though.
