[2020] Where is my liberty, Ravenous and start again the same project????

I'm sorry to hear that you lost your Liberty pistol and The Ravenous rifle.

You mention that this has happened to your twice. To help us to investigate this further, would you be able to provide images or a video link that recreates the steps that lead to this issue? This would help us to have a better understanding of the issue.

Our team is aware of an issue with the re-calibration library that is preventing player's from upgrading their weapons. They are currently investigating this further. So what I did do the project for the Liberty pistol again so I can have it on my second one. So I thought that solved the problem for the Liberty pistol.

I'm 100% sure that I did it and finished it! because I did it also on my first character and on the 1th character I can create the Regulus pistol. But I can't create one but but no luck. So I go to bed next day the Regulus pistol project was reset????
So for now i will do the Regulus pistol project again..... and try to ask around for a new Ravenous rifle for my 2th character and the parts for the project
Or you guy`s can check this for me if this happened to more people and fix the problem and give back my Ravenous rifle.and im 100% sure that i finished so make it ready so i can create a new Regulus pistol.

I would just like to clarify the following: You received the Ravenous Rifle and the Liberty Pistol from another player. After logging in and out, the weapons had gone. Is this correct?

And you fully finished the Regulus Pistol project, but the weapon was removed from you inventory after the project reset. Is this correct?

We would appreciate a video that shows you have acquired the weapons in-game, and that they then have disappeared from your inventory after logging out/in again, as this will help us to understand the issue better. If you are able to provide images/a link to a video that shows this, it will help in our investigation. Thank you!

Hey Dutch_ieeee, sorry for the delayed reply to your thread. Thank you for the additional clarifications you've provided.

As my colleague Borealis mentioned, would it be possible for you to show via a video your completion of the project(s) / missions required to obtain these items on any character, then an additional video should these disappear from your inventory again?

You've also mentioned you can't create the pistol again on your second character - can you provide us with a video that shows this issue?

If anything has changed since the TU11 update was deployed, please let us know
