Could you please first go through this technical troubleshooting article for me ensuring you have completed all of the steps? These steps can help rule out many of the common causes for game-related issues.

You could directly upload the clip to an online video-sharing platform like Twitter or YouTube. @wreck3rr Hey! This is correct. We have let the team know about this issue for the Heartbreaker gearset in general, but have no updates yet at this time.
