Was playing last night, and several times came across this as I was looting, seems to possibly be an item that was supposed to be in the loot pool, but possibly was accidentally partially left out. When I loot the Item, it doesn't get added to my inventory.

@As1r0nimo is correct, these are placeholder items dropping a bit earlier than we intended. They can be safely ignored, and they wont cause any harm to your inventory. I apologize for any confusion!
