[2023] Cant Select countdown on map

Hi, I'm having an issue where icant launch countdown on my map as the icons dont show up. so i cant start or choose targetted loot.

if i join someone elses lobby then i can see the icons and set targetted loot and even participate in countdown but not from my own session..

it's one of 4 issues im having.all on the same character.

(no audio or conversation in some side quests, darpa labs is locked, DZ south is locked, and this countdown issue,, some googling seems to suggest its all related to the fact i went to ny first. i didn't boost to 30. i just worked through the main quests and world tiers went to NY blasted that and then went around going after side quests collectables etc.
