Hi, im wondering if anyone can help me with an issue im having. Whenever i launch the division 2, my alt key will get stuck. So if i hit something like tab, my pc thinks im alt tabbing out of the game. And once i close the game, the problem will persist until i restart my pc. I have no issues before i launch the division and no issues with any other game. I reinstalled the game and on my first login i had no issue. I logged out and logged back in and the problem returned. I noticed that when i first logged in and didnt have the issue i spawned at the safe house. But when i logged in the second time where i did have the issue, I logged in exactly where i logged out. IDK if this has anything to do with it, jsut found that a little weird since i think i remember always lgging in at a safe house or control point. Any ideas? For now, with this bug, the game is pretty unplayable. Completely unpayable with a mouse and keyboard. and while i could play with a controller, id have to restart my pc every time i logged out of the division. Really frustrating. Any help is appreciated.

Hi @DelMaestro !

I'm sorry to hear you're having this issue with your ALT key. Would you be able to try with another keyboard just to make sure this isn't a hardware issue please?

Could you also do the steps highlighted in this article to see if it helps in any way ?

Thanks!

Hey there @DelMaestro, there's a bit more information I'd like to gather from you, particularly some screenshots of your settings:

  1. A screenshot of your Display settings, so that we can see whether you are running the game in Fullscreen, Windowed, or Borderless Windowed mode.
  2. A few screenshots of your keybinds, all of them if possible. This may require quite a few screenshots, but you should be able to attach them all to the same forum post.
  3. What model of keyboard do you use? Do you have an overlay/companion software associated with it, like Logitech G-Hub or Corsair iCue?
  4. If you do not touch the alt key at all while playing, do you still run into the issue where the alt key is locked in as being pressed?

Finally, I would also like to request copies of your basic system files, which you can send to us in a one-on-one support case.
