Hey @Valkyrieavnor, thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the difficulty you ran into.
I've had a closer look and can see that we have been experiencing Ubisoft Services degradation, however this has been resolved not long after, therefore if you do continue to be facing the issue, for troubleshooting purposes, give the following steps a go and see if that that helps.
