[2020] [Bug/Glitch]Can not switch mission difficulty at mission option menu

Like the title says im not able to switch mission difficulty at the mission menu screen, i also noticed the same for the shooting range, it wont allow me to adjust the difficulty for the shooting range. i noticed it first started in the pts, posted in the feedback forums for the pts and now it actually made it into the live game. also this only happens to my level 30 characters only, level 40 is still ok

Would you be able to share video footage showing you trying to change levels on your level 30, and being able to on your level 40?
