[2023] My Empress International, Caesar's Guard chest pieces, now have no rolls.

Hey there everybody, we've got issues with certain items dropping with no stats under investigation currently.

Please let me know if you end up getting another copy of these items that DOES have stat rolls!

I can confirm this issue is under investigation, and our teams have some additional questions:

• Does this issue occur on multiple Caesar's Guard, or only on the reported one? (are you experiencing this on multiple ones?)
• Where did you loot the item? (Ex: Summit, Countdown, etc)
• Does equipping the item change your total attributes?
