windows version build 22433.1001
nvidia drivers updated
things I have done:

  • fresh install gpu drivers
  • files check
  • admin powers
  • there are no overlays or something / background programs
  • there are no anti virus / even the windows things are off
  • o and yes i rebooted my pc -.-

i get the error strait after "anti virus blue loading bar"

"The aspplication was unable to s tart correctly (0xc00000e5).
click OK to close the application"

The category should be Information and Troubleshooting, and the issue type should be Technical Issues. You'll want to attach your system files so our team can investigate this further.
