It's been a while since I've played but thought I'd give it a go.

The Division 1 won't launch. It crashes in the ISAC loading screen.

The Division 2 launches... at 2 FPS. Literally 2 frames per second. Too slow to navigate a menu to get in game.

I uninstalled both games and reinstalled. I uninstalled Ubisoft Connect and reinstalled. I've verified files. I've installed the game on multiple SSDs of varying types and speeds.

All my other games are fine. All my Steam games are fine. It's just The Division 1 and 2.

EDIT... Let me add that this is on PC.

Ryzen 7 5000 series
RTX 3080
32 GB RAM

Same issues on backup PC

Ryzen 5 5000 series
RX 6700XT
32 GB RAM

Hi there @mckrackin5324! I would like to look into this further and make sure it has been reported. To cover all of our bases please take the time to tackle all of the following troubleshooting steps in this FAQ article first:

- Install Ubisoft Connect and the game on the same drive as your OS
- End unnecessary background processes via Task Manager
- Unplug non-essential peripherals (additional monitors, controllers, VR equipment, etc.)
- All of the troubleshooting steps in this FAQ article for good measure
- Clear Steam cache and Ubisoft Connect cache

Once those are completed successfully if this still occurs, please log in to our website and create a new support case with your MSInfo and DxDiag files attached. I would like to collect those two files and make sure they are included with the report in case our investigation team needs them. Thank you in advance!🔥

Thanks for getting that file sent our way @mckrackin5324!

What @Imagine_Brata has recommended is a good thing to test. Some systems and hardware combinations have issues with the game running through DX12, and please let us know if you have tested the game on both DX 11 and 12.

Just on a quick review of your MSINFO, I can see that you are still running quite a few processes and apps that you will need to close and take off your startup list. I would recommend performing a full Clean Boot and slowly re-enabling processes you want to have active to see which ones might be causing performance issues.

After that, you should also ensure that the game is making use of your dedicated graphics card. You can do this through the Nvidia Control Panel.

Let me know if you are still running into unacceptable performance after this!
