A friend and I play Division 2 exclusively together, and so our progress has always been the same. During the current manhunt I noticed I was quickly pulling ahead of her. We both checked our remaining double XP bonus and despite the fact that I had most of my bonus XP/levels remaining (you get a bonus for 15 levels), her game was reporting that she had none remaining. This obviously should not have been the case as she had gained a total of 1 level since we started the new manhunt, far from the 15 level cap.

Neither of us had encountered this problem before. Fast forward a week, and at this point we are on the last step of the manhunt and I've naturally consumed all my bonus levels during the course of playing together. However, she never got any of hers, and so now she's 12 levels behind me (despite the fact that we were the same level at the start of this manhunt).

She has confirmed that her Season 2 pass is active, but as she has not had this problem in the previous 3 manhunts for season 2, that wasn't a surprising note.

While the bug itself is likely more complex than I'm giving it credit for, the issue seems to be that some players are simply not being granted their bonus levels at the start of a new manhunt.

Is there some a way for her to recoup the experience/levels and rewards she is due? Will contacting Ubisoft support yield the desired outcome? This is obviously frustrating for her, especially as she paid for the Season 2 pass, yet due to this bug she lost out on a lot of rewards she should have been rewarded for earning.

Hello there Gyson!

This certainly sounds like an unusual issue. Would you friend be able to provide any images or a video link that shows that she did not receive her bonus levels during the manhunt? This would help us to investigate further.

Would you mind sharing the case reference number here in the thread? It is much easier for us to locate the case that way.

We've been going under the impression that Ubisoft would simply be able to take a look at some sort of history log for her character, note the level her character was at when the manhunt for Titan started, note her level now that she's completed the manhunt, note that she obviously hasn't leveled 15 times between those two points (if I'm remembering correctly she only gained 6 levels over the entire manhunt), and note that despite the fact that she hasn't gained 15 levels her double XP bonus for the manhunt was showing 0 bonus levels remaining back when we first reported this issue (the double-xp manhunt event was still active at that time).

Is this sort of information not available to the Dev team/Support staff?
The dedicated game team for The Division 2 has access to a much greater level of information than we support agents do, though I can't be sure if they'll be able to see such specific details on a timeline basis. If need be, your friend's case will be passed to them though, and if there's anything that can be done, we'll advise your friend via their support case. As this issue concerns your friend more than yourself, the case will be our primary contact method to discuss this issue, not this thread.

Thanks for your additional information, guys, and for the update! I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this again, Madison.Cade.

It definitely seems odd that this happened twice, in the last manhunt of the season. I'm not sure if that's a coincidence or not, Gyson, but that's for bringing this up.

I've checked with the development team, and we've had some other players report a similar issue. We are currently investigating this issue further.

I've passed on your report to the team. Are there any images/videos you can share regarding the issue that we could pass onto the team? An image showing your season XP and the double XP bar would be useful.
