I am missing credits after purchasing the One time offer (3000credits), I have spoken to Xbox support who said they can’t help me as they can’t see if the credits were delivered, and then Ubisoft support said they can’t help with anything on the Xbox store even though it’s through the in game store??
it’s all very confusing to me and I just want my credits, don’t want a refund, just the credits please.
I have attached my payment confirmation in case it’s needed, all private info has been blocked out in red.
