So, while leveling my 6th attempt at a hardcore character, my highest being level 30 (and some random *** gear score) and dying from NOT being able to peel myself away from cover to avoid being flanked, to the lowest being level 4 and me walking face first into a patrol of hyenas with 2 melee and being chain stunned in place till i was dead, this latest installment has died.
This time i am done trying hardcore mode. i died this time from something big and explosive. It was an outcast side mission, i was hiding behind a barrier with my assault drone and turret out (i go full tech before level 30 for personal reasons) doing their jobs and all of the sudden i exploded and died. Normally when you die, it tells you what killed you, etc. This one had nothing listed, it was literally blank. there were only 6 outcasts around and 2 of the 4 were throwers.. I just... exploded, and thus ended my hardcore career.
it frustrates me to see people around the main base with a level "score" in the thousands and here i am at 29 struggling (i am assuming hardcore has its own server and thus, these people are hardcore characters).
so i came here just to rant and let off steam.. nothing requiring answers (unless we want to talk about the lack of a stash in hardcore mode or any responses from the devs/community managers on twitter)..
please fix hardcore so it is more entertaining and not in "beta", "alpha", whatever phase for the last 4 years..
any game i play that has hardcore mode, i try it ONCE... i was on my 6th, SIXTH, Division character.. i love this game.. but for ffs.. ill code for FREE if thats what it takes...
