[2020] Reserve feature is kinda blocked

Hi:
As I stated in the title. I am not able to deposit or save weapons, handguns, backpacks etc. The "boxes" are blurred.My inventory is full so I have to sell items.
May Ia ask you to help me with the process to fix this?
