Since TU11 I'm seemingly randomly getting an issue where the game slows down to 5fps about 1 second into loading the game.
My setup:
MSI 2070 Super
I7-8700k
Game installed on Samsung 970 Evo, NVMe
Display - LG 27GL83-A
Usually it's 70-85fps.
Since the last patch, it's really horrible. I've recently updated my display to a HDR capable LG, 1440p. So it's either an issue with the screen or last patch.
It seems to happen more in the evening than during the day, but that might be just random. I've disabled the night mode in windows, because it made everything orange, especially in HDR mode.
Other games I own don't have a single issue with my setup.
What can we do to track this?
