[2020] Lost Memento Backpack in game crash !?!

Hi,

i just got the memento backpack due to the season journey a couple of minutes ago, played 'The Summit' at that time, then my game crashed and after re logging the Backpack was missing! Is there ANY chance to get it back?
Help please!
