Hello. I have purchased Tom Clancy TheDivision 2 for my PC on unbisoft connect and i cant play it at all. I opened my NAT type to via port forwarding. ive reinstalled the game 3 times. Every other game i own plays just fine except this one. Ubisoft support is 0 help for me and im getting very close to demanding a refund. i really love TCTD2 and would love recieve some advice on how i can solve this problem.

Thanks for reaching out, I'm sorry to see you've been unable to connect in-game.

As part of the connectivity troubleshooting steps, did you also perform a Trace Route?

If so, may we please know the first 2 IPs that appear?

Please don't share the full IPs, we're just looking to confirm if they start with any of the following number ranges;

10.0.0.0 to 10.255.255.255
172.16.0.0 to 172.31.255.255
192.168.0.0 to 192.168.255.255

As this can indicate Double NAT.
