Its been almost a month I have been having this issue. I message Ubisoft and they tell me that its Sonys issue. I message Sony and they tell me its Ubisofts issues. I have deleted the game and downloaded it again on my system like they said that it would help. Nothing has helped. Every time I restore my license and it pops up either an error code with numbers and letters or pops up saying theres a problem with division two. I also play another game by Ubisoft and I get trophies for that game but not Division 2. Is anyone else having this issue?

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue with the trophies. I completely understand how this can be frustrating.

We do wish we can unlock them for you however we do not have access to the Sony systems to do this as it is their own Internal system.

Could you let me know the names of the specific trophies in question? It is possible that there is an ongoing issue with the ones you are having issues with but without the names I am unable to check.

Hey CakeMakerCailyn and Scootsu - Just a heads-up for you both first: I removed your duplicate post CakeMakerCailyn, and Scootsu, I merged your two posts together to make this thread a little more concise and easier to read. I hope you both don't mind.

Now, regarding the issues with PS4 trophies - we've seen reports of issues with some of these unlocking if the Level 30 boost is used. We're working to identify exactly which trophies are affected, and hope to update players soon with news on this. Can you confirm whether you did indeed activate a Level 30 boost on your current agent CakeMakerCailyn? You also mentioned contacting us previously - do you have a case reference number I could take note of?
